At Dandelion Counseling & Care, we believe that access to mental health care should be as smooth and stress-free as possible. We offer several payment options and accept a range of insurance plans to help make therapy more accessible.
We currently accept the following insurance plans. Please note that all providers cannot accept all insurance plans listed as in-network providers, so please confirm your provider is in-network with your insurance before proceeding.
Please Note: Insurance coverage can vary depending on your specific plan. We encourage all clients to verify mental health benefits directly with their insurance provider before the first session.
If we are not in-network with your insurance provider, you may still be able to receive out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients use their out-of-network benefits to cover a portion of therapy costs.
We’re happy to provide superbills (detailed receipts) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Questions to ask your insurance provider:
For clients not using insurance, we offer private pay options. Our current rates are:
Some providers may offer lower fees based on financial need. Please inquire during your consultation if cost is a concern.
We accept the following forms of payment:
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, are subject to a late cancellation fee (typically the full session fee). Insurance does not cover missed sessions.
If you have any questions about fees, insurance, or payment options, we’re here to help.
