Beth is a native Washingtonian whose MSW focus was in Clinical Social Work. Beth provides therapy for children, adolescence, adults and families. She uses a holistic and trauma informed approach. Her focus as a therapist is to co-create safe, calm, and caring environment that fosters skill development and insights to achieve wellness goals.

Counseling/Therapy Approach

Beth believes in working collaboratively with the client. Through listening and observation, she helps clients connect to, identify with, and reprocess complicated thoughts, feelings and behaviors and experience more joy. Her goal is for clients to experience authentic communication while establishing and pursuing their wellness goals.

Beth is a native Washingtonian. She is a painter who attended School of Visual Arts. She is a yoga teacher and certified in Thai massage. She also practices Vipassana mediation. Beth is often hiking on the trails of Rock Creek Park, listening to live music at local venues, biking around the city or spending time with her 4 (almost all adult) children.

Beth believes that we are the authors of our lives (who at times, need an editor).
