Shantius Jackson is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Tenleytown, Washington, D. C. Counseling Approach

Shantius has held positions as a mental health counselor in the juvenile justice system and at a community based organization, as well as a wrap care coordinator for a local non-profit. She currently serves as a professional K-12 school counselor in the DC area at the high school level. Some of the challenges her clients dealt with have included self-confidence, organization and structure, self-advocacy, anxiety, and family separation. Shantius offers a creative approach to therapeutic services with a foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-focused Therapy.
